A 9 bed­room, 8 bath­room coun­try retreat across two accom­mo­da­tion build­ings in 5 qui­et acres nr Hay on Wye. Set with­in it’s own gat­ed ​“mini estate” there are two accom­mo­da­tion build­ings with ample bed­rooms and bath­rooms and lounge areas plus a gor­geous din­ing hall and a games room and work­shop room in a fur­ther red brick barn.

Mul­ti­ple com­mu­nal spaces for guests to come togeth­er, includ­ing our dou­ble height beamed din­ing hall that seats 21, or spaces to be apart in qui­et reflec­tion — per­fect for more of a retreat style getaway. 

Out­side on offer is the XL wood fired hot tub for many, next to our kadai/​bonfire area are for guests to enjoy all year round. We have work­shop rooms for com­mu­nal activ­i­ties and shared expe­ri­ences. We have a mini gym and games rooms for the ever active.

We are per­fect for fam­i­ly stays as well as hen do’s, Stens/​Fox/​Stag par­ties or micro-wed­dings or pre or post wed­ding get-togeth­ers. And of course we wel­come man’s best friends too — Fido and friends are always welcome!

With­in our rur­al idyll, a range of activ­i­ties are offered on or off site includ­ing canoe­ing, baking/​chocolate mak­ing, hedgerow for­ag­ing, pilates, creative/​artistic work­shops and much much more! We are in a dark skies area which means the starlight is incred­i­ble on a cloud free night — any time of year…especially from the hot tub! We have a games room and mini gym plus plen­ty of flex­i­ble out­door seat­ing options includ­ing our main court­yard with brick built bbq and views across the Wye Valley.
