This mod­ern barn con­ver­sion known as Wain­way, is sit­u­at­ed on the stun­ning pri­vate Not­grove Estate in the heart of the Cotswold’s. With large open plan liv­ing areas and mod­ern inte­ri­ors the barns are ide­al for fam­i­lies and groups of friends wish­ing to enjoy the beau­ti­ful Cotswold’s. Stun­ning walks right from your doorstep and a games room to keep all ages occu­pied. The accom­mo­da­tion is split into two parts/​barns, inter­con­nect­ing but with mul­ti­ple options. The two barns (Hazel­nut and Chest­nut) each have large open plan liv­ing spaces, with one (Hazel­nut) pro­vid­ing com­fort­able din­ing and seat­ing for 14 peo­ple. Beds can be made as king sized or twin beds. The barn can be booked with oth­er barns to cater for groups of 22 and 30.

Entrance through to hall­way with ample space for coats, wellies, etc. Wash­ing machine (please note that there is a ​‘com­mu­nal’ tum­ble dryer).
