A bril­liant loca­tion for large groups that want free­dom to explore the sur­round­ing Peak Dis­trict and stay in a beau­ti­ful­ly ren­o­vat­ed and unique prop­er­ty. Soak up the amaz­ing scenery from this super, unusu­al yet per­fect­ly formed nine bed­roomed en suite con­ver­sion which sleeps groups of between 18 and 24 guests. Locat­ed in the mid­dle of the Peak Dis­trict with­in 200m of The High Peak and the Tiss­ing­ton Trail.

Indoors

The down­stairs area is a huge open plan liv­ing space. The con­tem­po­rary lounge area is styled with bursts of colour. You will be drawn towards the wall mount­ed log burn­er and fire­place which is the focal point of the room. Enjoy lots of seat­ing options to sink into, from funky futons to bean bag arm­chairs to a huge white leather cor­ner sofa.
For added enter­tain­ment, there is a table foot­ball, large 52” flat screen TV and DVD player.
The kitchen area is of a min­i­mal­ist design in a mix of gloss white and slate grey fin­ish. For the cooks in the group, the cen­tral island, break­fast bar to one side and elec­tric hob to the oth­er is fan­tas­tic for social­is­ing whilst cooking.
Equipped with 4 elec­tric ovens, cook­ware, microwave and crockery/​utensils/​glassware. Pro­vides lots of stor­age and work sur­faces, also 2 dish­wash­ers, wash­ing machine, tum­ble dry­er and sink areas.
The kitchen over­looks an open plan din­ing area- with 3 long con­tem­po­rary tables and chairs pro­vid­ing din­ing space for up to 24 guests.

Upstairs all nine bed­rooms have en suite facil­i­ties with a mix of spa­cious rain­fall show­er enclo­sures and oth­ers with full size baths with show­ers over. In order to ensure all guests have pri­vate show­er­ing /​wc facil­i­ties, we have com­pro­mised on the size of some of the bed­rooms, com­pact yet still beautiful.

Each bed­room offers the flex­i­ble option of being made up as twin or as a dou­ble, choose your lay­out to suit. 

Out­doors

Set back from the road, the prop­er­ty stands alone with great views to the rear over the trail and fields beyond.

The gar­den is land­scaped with shrubs and trees which are matur­ing over time. To make the most of the view the flagged patio area has been posi­tioned at the rear in a pri­vate sun­ny loca­tion. There are three long tables and bench­es offer­ing plen­ty of out­door seat­ing and BBQ pro­vid­ed (please pro­vide you own coal).

Plen­ty of pri­vate park­ing for up to 10 cars.

Local Area

A fab­u­lous loca­tion for walk­ers and cyclists, the prop­er­ty is only 200m away from the Tiss­ing­ton and High Peak Trail and just across from the prop­er­ty bikes can be hired for Pars­ley Hay cycle hire, a great way to enjoy the stun­ning Peak Dis­trict coun­try­side. The award win­ning Roy­al Oak pub is also only a gen­tle 2 mile stroll down the trail from the prop­er­ty. The pic­turesque vil­lage of Hart­ing­ton is also a short dri­ve away so are also the spa town of Bux­ton and mar­ket town of Bakewell. The prop­er­ty is also ide­al­ly locat­ed for vis­it­ing the his­toric hous­es of Tiss­ing­ton Hall, Had­don Hall and Chatworth.
