Indoors

The downstairs area is a huge open plan living space. The contemporary lounge area is styled with bursts of colour. You will be drawn towards the wall mounted log burner and fireplace which is the focal point of the room. Enjoy lots of seating options to sink into, from funky futons to bean bag armchairs to a huge white leather corner sofa.
For added entertainment, there is a table football, large 52” flat screen TV and DVD player.
The kitchen area is of a minimalist design in a mix of gloss white and slate grey finish. For the cooks in the group, the central island, breakfast bar to one side and electric hob to the other is fantastic for socialising whilst cooking.
Equipped with 4 electric ovens, cookware, microwave and crockery/utensils/glassware. Provides lots of storage and work surfaces, also 2 dishwashers, washing machine, tumble dryer and sink areas.
The kitchen overlooks an open plan dining area- with 3 long contemporary tables and chairs providing dining space for up to 24 guests.

Upstairs all nine bedrooms have en suite facilities with a mix of spacious rainfall shower enclosures and others with full size baths with showers over. In order to ensure all guests have private showering /wc facilities, we have compromised on the size of some of the bedrooms, compact yet still beautiful.

Each bedroom offers the flexible option of being made up as twin or as a double, choose your layout to suit.

Outdoors

Set back from the road, the property stands alone with great views to the rear over the trail and fields beyond.

The garden is landscaped with shrubs and trees which are maturing over time. To make the most of the view the flagged patio area has been positioned at the rear in a private sunny location. There are three long tables and benches offering plenty of outdoor seating and BBQ provided (please provide you own coal).

Plenty of private parking for up to 10 cars.
