Surrounded by Peak District countryside, large house with several socialising areas.
Dale House is a beautifully refurbished farm house situated on the outskirts of the pretty village of Litton. Set in its own grounds and surrounded by wonderful Peak District countryside it is perfect for large group and family gatherings for up to 30 guests looking for a peaceful retreat.
This is no shortage of socialising areas in Dale House, as there is not one but two sitting rooms, both with the luxury of a log burner, so there is plenty of space to relax and unwind after a fun-filled day exploring the Peak District. The impressive dining room runs lengthways through the centre of the property and provides a great central hub for large groups to socialise together.
There are 12 large exquisite bedrooms (10 in the main house and a further 2 bedrooms in Dale Barn located next to the main house) which have been carefully considered and all have the option of being a twin or double. Some bedrooms also have bunk beds allowing for the greatest flexibility in sleeping arrangements as we realise that groups come in all shapes and sizes.
