Char­ac­ter­ful cot­tage with out­door hot tub, EV charg­ing, dog friend­ly and access to coarse fish­ing lake.

Old Barn House is a charm­ing cot­tage pro­vid­ing a lux­u­ri­ous get­away for up to eight guests, plus addi­tion­al infants in cots, in the four dou­ble bed­rooms (includ­ing one acces­si­ble room on the ground floor). It is sit­u­at­ed amidst rolling coun­try­side with open views with star gaz­ing poten­tial, yet acces­si­ble to the major road net­work and many fan­tas­tic attrac­tions and activities. 

The char­ac­ter­ful prop­er­ty boasts a pri­vate out­door hydrother­a­py jacuzzi hot tub, beau­ti­ful mature gar­den and ample park­ing with EV charg­ing. It has been designed with com­fort, lux­u­ry and mod­ern liv­ing in mind includ­ing ful­ly fit­ted kitchen, Egypt­ian cot­ton linen, lux­u­ry tow­els, Hyp­nos mat­tress­es, hypoal­ler­genic duvets and pil­lows, Wi-Fi through­out and Smart TVs with Netflix. 

The prop­er­ty is dog friend­ly, max­i­mum two dogs which must be booked in advance (£25 per dog per stay) and are pro­vid­ing with their own dog­gie wel­come pack. 

The out­side patio area has com­fort­able rat­tan fur­ni­ture, gas BBQ (avail­able Octo­ber to May inclu­sive), a dou­ble ham­mock and a range of out­door games (foot­ball post, bad­minton set, crick­et set, rounders set, cro­quet set). As well as the range of out­door games to keep any age enter­tained, we can also pro­vide a trav­el cot, high­chair with straps, stair gate and plas­tic cut­lery for infants – there­fore offer­ing a fam­i­ly friendly getaway. 

A Coarse Fish­ing Lake is a short dis­tance (350m) from the cot­tage stocked with carp, bream, tench and oth­er sil­ver fish. Guests must pro­vide their own fish­ing equip­ment and license to fish. Day fish­ing is com­pli­men­ta­ry to guests by pri­or arrangement. 

There are so many places to explore local­ly includ­ing Symonds Yat, For­est of Dean, Offers Dyke, Malvern Hills. There is also a wide range of activ­i­ties from canoe­ing the Wye, horse rid­ing in the Black Moun­tains, Go Ape!, quad bik­ing, clay pigeon shoot­ing, a Black­smith expe­ri­ence day, or per­haps tour of a brew­ery, cider mill, dis­tillery or vine­yard – there is some­thing to keep all ages enter­tained ensur­ing every­one has a tru­ly mem­o­rable holiday.
