The Grove com­pris­es three inter­con­nect­ing self con­tained units. 

Hazel­nut cot­tage (sleeps 8), Cob­nut Cot­tage (sleeps 8) and Chest­nut Barn (sleeps 6). A small walk­way takes you from one to the next.

The prop­er­ties are flex­i­ble in both accom­mo­da­tion and sleep­ing require­ments, as all bed­rooms can be made up as either Twins or King­size dou­bles. Mak­ing this accom­mo­da­tion the per­fect venue for those spe­cial family/​friend get togeth­ers. Please advise in advance of your stay your pre­ferred options.

These each have a ful­ly equipped kitchen.
8 bed­rooms across these two barns, one each on the ground floor with an En-suite Show­er Room.
Upstairs in each barn there are a fur­ther three bed­rooms with three bathroom/​shower rooms.

Cob­nut has solar ther­mal under­floor heat­ing through­out the year.

Chest­nut Barn (6)-

Open plan liv­ing space includ­ing the third ful­ly equipped kitchen, plus din­ing table.
A bed­room with en-suite show­er room down­stairs, upstairs there are two fur­ther bed­rooms with two more bathrooms.

In sum­ma­ry, there are 11 bed­rooms and 11 bath­rooms with each bed able to be arranged as two sin­gles or zipped togeth­er as a king size bed. You choose!

A large table can be laid up for 22 in Hazel­nut to enable all to eat together.

Tea, cof­fee, sug­ar and numer­ous oth­er essen­tials are provided.
