The din­ing area, with mood light­ing and a large table for all guests to sit in com­fort, is a great room for break­fast or for a spe­cial din­ner. A handy screen can be pulled between the rooms if you want a more inti­mate experience.

Two inter­con­nect­ing liv­ing rooms lead off the din­ing area with high ceil­ings, peri­od cor­nic­ing. Ele­gant floor to ceil­ing French win­dows over­look­ing the side gar­dens. The snug has com­fy sofas and is ide­al for a moment of qui­et time.

On the ground floor there are also 2 en-suite bed­rooms, both with flat screen tele­vi­sions. The low­er ground floor is home to the cin­e­ma room and games room (table ten­nis and pool table)

Upstairs are 8 fur­ther bed­rooms, all have spa­cious and lux­u­ri­ous en-suite shower/​bathrooms.
