There is a large Lounge/​dining room with din­ing table that seats 12.

There is a Sam­sung 65″ Smart TV with Sound­bar that comes with all the Free­view chan­nels. You can also play Net­flix, Ama­zon Prime, Spo­ti­fy etc if you enter your account details.

There is a ful­ly equipped kitchen with induc­tion hob and Amer­i­can fridge freez­er. There is also a dish­wash­er. There is a sep­a­rate util­i­ty room with Wash­ing machine, dry­er, iron and iron­ing board.

There is a huge Con­ser­va­to­ry with seat­ing, table and chairs and a pub fridge to keep all your drinks cold.

There are 6 bed­rooms and 4 bath­rooms so plen­ty of space for everyone.

Out­doors

Beau­ti­ful gar­dens of 1.5 acres sur­round­ed by fields with lots of love­ly walks.

There is a huge amount of wildlife vis­i­ble from the prop­er­ty depend­ing on the time of year includ­ing mag­nif­i­cent birds of prey, wild geese that do some amaz­ing air shows, deer, pheas­ants, owls and many beau­ti­ful song birds.

There is on site park­ing for mul­ti­ple vehi­cles.
The rear gar­dens face south so you have the sun on the patio all day long and love­ly sun­sets to admire over a few cocktails.

There is a brand new 7 seater hot tub for total relaxation.

Whilst you feel like you are in the mid­dle of nowhere, at the end of the road, less than a mile away is an amaz­ing local pub serv­ing pub clas­sics and some amaz­ing Thai food. They also have a love­ly beer gar­den and there is always a great atmosphere.

To top it all you have the most spec­tac­u­lar far reach­ing views from the prop­er­ty that are tru­ly breathtaking.
