hol­i­day cot­tages are ful­ly equipped to pro­vide a relax­ing stay, ideal 

for extend­ed fam­i­ly gath­er­ings, we do our best to pro­vide warm and spa­cious ful­ly equipped cottages 

with plen­ty to occu­py the whole family. 

Col­lec­tion of 7 lux­u­ry farm cot­tages, cen­tred around an indoor heat­ed swim­ming pool, sleep­ing 2,6,7,8,9,12, and 12 respec­tive­ly, cre­at­ing a capa­bil­i­ty of sleep­ing 57 adults and a fur­ther 10 cots. This makes it an ide­al base for large mul­ti-gen­er­a­tional fam­i­ly groups, or groups of friends.

Spe­cial Features

Won­der­ful­ly sit­u­at­ed with­in the South Hams rolling coun­ty­side and down a pri­vate dri­ve allows us to pro­vide a qui­et and safe envi­ron­ment for your col­leagues and loved ones to relax in and escape the dai­ly hus­tle and bus­tle. We have a heat­ed indoor swim­ming pool and lots of out­side spaces to explore. With an out­side play area, ten­nis court, zip wires and wood­land play areas that pro­vide a safe haven for you and your chil­dren to dis­cov­er and con­nect with nature.

We are sit­u­at­ed between Kings­bridge and Totnes and only a few miles from the pop­u­lar des­ti­na­tions such as Sal­combe, Dart­mouth, Brix­ham and Torquay, with lots of walks along the coastal path where the stun­ning beau­ty of Devon’s south­ern coast line can be tru­ly appreciated.

Indoors

Each prop­er­ty has been cre­at­ed by con­vert­ing old stone barns cre­at­ing large spa­cious rooms with high ceil­ings, cou­pled with large win­dows to gaze out onto beat­i­ful unspoilt rur­al heav­en. Each cot­tage has its own sep­a­rate din­ing area designed to sit the num­ber of guests that sleep with­in the cot­tage. The kitchens are well appoint­ed pro­vid­ing mod­ern appli­ances (induc­tion hobs, air fry­ers fan assist­ed ovens etc) and good sized refrig­er­a­tors and lots of work­ing space. The lounge areas like­wise are very spa­cious enabling guests to relax and unwind. All cot­tages are either 4*Gold or 5* rat­ed by Vis­it Eng­land. Each cot­tage is well pro­vid­ed for with bath­rooms and show­er rooms.

Out­doors

Set in 10 acres of beau­ti­ful south hams coun­try­side in south Devon, Pitt Farm offers a tran­quil break from the hec­tic pace of life in a venue suit­able for all ages. This unique­ly gives oppor­tu­ni­ty for many gen­er­a­tions of an extend­ed fam­i­ly to spend qual­i­ty time togeth­er as well as giv­ing young chil­dren to expe­ri­ence the coun­try way of life. We have lots of things for fam­i­ly mem­bers both young and old to do, such as play ten­nis, boules, explore the wood­land walks or jump on the tram­po­line, and for the brave there is the zip wire .We are a short dri­ve to many inter­na­tion­al­ly renowned beach­es, many offer­ing water sports and the stun­ning coastal scenery of the coastal path which stretch­es for hun­dreds of miles in both direc­tions. Head inland to explore the rugged beau­ty of Dart­moor with its exten­sive walk­ing and cycling options or just pull up a lounger and relax with a glass of pros­ec­co and a good book.
