Just 90 min­utes dri­ve from Lon­don and the Home Coun­ties, this New Eng­land, Ralph Lau­ren-inspired clap­per board-style beach house boasts sea views, 6 lux­u­ry dou­ble bed­rooms, a bespoke open plan Chalon kitchen, a games room, and a spa­cious din­ing room. Three sep­a­rate gar­den areas can be found out­side the prop­er­ty, made up of a decked area with a built in BBQ, a peb­bled beach gar­den, and a pri­vate back gar­den with seat­ing and a 38 degree hot tub.

THE NEW ENG­LAND BEACH HOUSE is a lux­u­ry beach house rental sit­u­at­ed on a qui­et pri­vate res­i­den­tial sea­side estate in West Sus­sex. Depen­dant upon the time of year, it is avail­able for long week­ends, mid-week and week-long stays for fam­i­ly and friend groups. We are unable to wel­come any hen or stag groups.

THE NEW ENG­LAND BEACH HOUSE is a rare and unusu­al lux­u­ry hol­i­day house. It is sit­u­at­ed right on the beach with unin­ter­rupt­ed sea views and our own pri­vate walled beach gar­den. Sleep­ing up to 14 (includ­ing chil­dren — max­i­mum of 12 adults) in six styl­ish bed­rooms it is ide­al for fam­i­ly beach hol­i­days yet is only an hour and a half away from cen­tral Lon­don; per­fect for hol­i­days and stays where some of the guests may wish to trav­el to Lon­don on occa­sion as there are hourly direct train ser­vices from Angmer­ing to Lon­don Vic­to­ria or Lon­don Bridge. The New Eng­land Beach House is both pet friend­ly and mild­ly mobil­i­ty restrict­ed friend­ly, with two ground floor en-suite bedrooms.

The beach house boasts an ele­gant sit­ting room with wide and com­fort­able sofas that opens out into the twelve seat din­ing hall; which leads into the club­by pool room and then into the ful­ly equipped vault­ed kitchen break­fast room with range cook­er and two fridge/​freezers. All the recep­tion rooms have french doors onto the beach front deck.

Out­doors

The first floor bal­cony over­looks the large beach-side deck, ide­al for out­door din­ing, which leads onto a walled and gat­ed beach gar­den that can be laid out with our styl­ish sun-loungers. The deck has twin out­door baths — plumbed with hot water — show­ers and chimera. The rear decked palm plant­ed court­yard can also seat 12 around the gran­ite din­ing table, and is equipped with sun-loungers and a large hot tub.

For all Tes­la Car own­ers, we now have TES­LA charg­ing points at each of the beach hous­es with offi­cial charg­ing hard­ware sup­plied by Tesla.
