Man­i­fold Farm offers twen­ty one bed­rooms, with nine­teen hav­ing en suite or bath­room facil­i­ties. Sit­u­at­ed in the vil­lage of Shot­tle, this prop­er­ty enjoys the unin­ter­rupt­ed views of the Der­byshire coun­try­side, allow­ing you to enjoy a relaxed and peace­ful stay.

Man­i­fold Farm has been ful­ly refur­bished to a high stan­dard, and all rooms are dec­o­rat­ed to their own unique style. There is the option in most rooms of the beds to be twins or dou­bles — depend­ing on the make up of your group, along with bunk beds in some of the rooms, which are per­fect for fam­i­ly groups. There are great social spaces where you can all dine togeth­er, in The Barns, which seats up to 48 and the prop­er­ties have 3 great lounges for you to sit and relax after your day explor­ing the local areas.

This prop­er­ty offers 2 games rooms, both hav­ing a kitch­enette area, tv, log burn­er and wifi.

Man­i­fold Farm has a large court­yard in the heart of the prop­er­ty, which is ide­al for those warm evenings to enjoy BBQ’s, there are ample pic­nic bench­es and also lawned areas to keep the chil­dren enter­tained too.

Indoors

This prop­er­ty offers var­i­ous, flex­i­ble accom­mo­da­tion options, depend­ing on your group num­bers. There are 2 sep­a­rate kitchens to enter­tain. In the Barns you have flex­i­ble din­ing options but this din­ing area can seat all 48 guests. Should you wish to break your par­ty down the Farm­house will cater for 20 guests. Both kitchen areas are extreme­ly well equipped with all the mod cons you would expect to find. There is ample pots, pans, crock­ery, cut­lery and glass­ware for you to use. There are kitch­enette areas in each of the games rooms too. Both prop­er­ties have a fab­u­lous log fire to enjoy and var­i­ous com­fy lounges to sit and unwind. All the bed­rooms are designed to their own unique style, offer­ing en suite facil­i­ties in most of the rooms or access to a shared bath­room. There are 2 games rooms to enjoy one offers table ten­nis and table foot­ball, the oth­er has a pool table. Both rooms have a tv, dvd, blue tooth speak­er, com­fy seat­ing, bean bags and a log fire.

Out­doors

The prop­er­ty sur­rounds a cen­tral court­yard area where there are 8 pic­nic bench­es that seat 6 peo­ple per bench and 2 large BBQs. Var­i­ous lawned areas around the prop­er­ties to enjoy those out­door games. There is a Giant Jen­ga game. Ample park­ing is avail­able either in the court­yard or behind the prop­er­ties. Far reach­ing views of the local coun­try­side, offer­ing a qui­et and seclud­ed stay.

Local Area

Man­i­fold Farm is locat­ed in the rur­al ham­let of Shot­tle, near Belper. It is close to Cars­ing­ton Water, where you can enjoy the local attrac­tions of sail­ing, water sports, fish­ing and cycling — so bring your bikes along. Sit­u­at­ed in the mid­dle of the Der­byshire coun­try­side you have so many options for great local walks. Chatsworth House, Kedle­stone Hall and Had­don Hall are all a short dri­ve away. About 8 miles away near Ash­bourne at Wild Park Der­byshire you can enjoy paint balling, quad bik­ing, laser quest and archery, so no excuse to let off some steam.

Wirksworth is the near­est town, where you can sit and relax in the inti­mate 52 seater cin­e­ma, whilst enjoy­ing a drink from the bar and also serves food. A great experience.
