Wifi, Ipod docks and ample games for lazy days in or the large gar­dens are ide­al for kids to play foot­ball or hide & seek while the adults take on a game of cro­quet on the terrace.

The Kitchen
The Kitchen com­bines both farm­house charm with peri­od detail­ing to pro­vide a tra­di­tion­al cook­ing space with all mod­ern com­forts. The dual fuel range cook­er com­bines the effi­cien­cy of two fan ovens with the con­ve­nience of a 5 point gas hob. The kitchen is equipped with two dish­wash­ers, two inte­grat­ed under counter fridges and a larder fridge.

The break­fast table seats up to six in a bay win­dow which com­mands stun­ning panoram­ic views of the sur­round­ing land­scape. Slid­ing doors in the bay win­dow open out onto the front slate patio and lawn offer­ing alfres­co din­ing options for sun­ny sum­mer days.

The Util­i­ty is well equipped with a large dou­ble sink, wine fridge, freez­er and an addi­tion­al oven.

The Snug
The Snug is a cosy peri­od sit­ting room through dou­ble glass doors off the kitchen. The bay win­dow pro­vides stun­ning views of the sur­round­ing coun­try­side and floods the room with nat­ur­al light. With seat­ing for sev­en on com­fy leather sofas, a vari­ety of books and a flat screen smart TV, the snug is the ide­al room for chat­ting and relax­ing in front of the open fire.

The Din­ing Room
The Din­ing Room is the par­ty room of the house with huge chunky oak tables to seat up to twen­ty, an open fire, heat­ed oak floor and three bay win­dows with fan­tas­tic ele­vat­ed views of the Dinas Gyn­for head­land. The beau­ti­ful peri­od detail­ing in the cov­ing & ceil­ing ros­es com­bined with the high ceil­ing gives a real sense of space to relax, laugh and enjoy good com­pa­ny over a deli­cious meal.

A bar is locat­ed at one end of the din­ing room and is well stocked with glass­es from cham­pagne flutes to whisky tum­blers. The oak bar is very prac­ti­cal with an inte­grat­ed dish­wash­er, drinks fridge with ice box and bar sink all hid­den with­in a peri­od oak dress­er. The bar area also has a lounge space with tub chairs, ide­al for card games or cock­tail tast­ing. At the end of a sun­ny day step through the huge glass doors onto the slate patios and take a five minute stroll down the gar­den to the cove for sun­down­ers on the beach.

The Lounge
The Lounge offers a large com­fort­able space for every­one to relax togeth­er. The dou­ble doors open onto the wrap around ter­race with stun­ning views over the gar­dens and sur­round­ing coun­try­side. With seat­ing for 14 on our large com­fy leather sofas, a selec­tion of games and a 42 inch flat screen smart TV the lounge is the ide­al room for some fam­i­ly time watch­ing a film, play­ing games, or sim­ply chat­ting and relax­ing in comfort.

The games room
The Games Room is on the first floor with a bal­cony enjoy­ing stun­ning views over the coun­try­side. Kick back and play a game of pool on our slate bed pool table or quick­en the pace with some table foot­ball. Our games room offers some­thing for every­body to enjoy!

The Boot Room
Con­ve­nient util­i­ty space hous­ing the wash­ing machine and tum­ble dry­er with large dou­ble util­i­ty sink. With no short­age of coat hooks and boot space and accessed via the back door it makes an ide­al place for dry­ing wet or mud­dy clothes and boots after a walk. The under­floor heat­ing makes it a per­fect space for dogs to bed down in com­fort and warmth.

Bed­rooms
Five of our bed­rooms are zip and link so can be made up as either twins or superk­ing rooms.
With ten lux­u­ry bed­rooms in total — no-one will be fight­ing over the best room here!
