Ground Floor: Entrance hall leads to a dine-in kitchen with both an island and large din­ing table. 

A dis­crete door in the kitchen, leads down to the orig­i­nal cel­lar, now ful­ly fit­ted with a home gym, steam room, and a sauna 

Sit­ting room with com­fy sofas and arm­chairs, over­look­ing the lawns and rose gar­den, or cosy up in front of the fire and enjoy a film on the hid­den pop-up TV. Sonos speak­ers con­nect through­out the house to cre­ate the par­ty ambi­ence of your choice.

Study is filled with board games, cards, and a chess­board. A fur­ther snug is tucked across the hall­way, chic and com­fort­able, it is the ide­al space for kids (and big kids) to play games or to set­tle in front of the large TV with sur­round sound speak­ers and Sky whilst chill­ing on the huge L‑shaped sofa. 

First Floor: Large and ele­gant open plan mas­ter suite with a super king bed, sofa, and wardrobes. Fire, ensuite with free­stand­ing roll-top bath a large basin and toilet.

The sec­ond bed­room has a mag­nif­i­cent four-poster bed and looks out over the gar­den, also with a fire and plen­ty of storage. 

Third bed­room also over­look­ing the gar­den can be made up as a super-king bed or as a twin room. These share a full bath­room across the hall, with a bath and show­er overhead. 

The fourth bed­room has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe. Next door is a fur­ther bath­room with an over­head shower. 

The fifth bed­room is a large yet cosy dou­ble room, with an en-suite show­er and toilet.

A sec­ond stair­case sweeps back down to the entrance hall and kitchen. All bed­rooms ben­e­fit from high ceil­ings, warm and wel­com­ing inte­ri­ors, and gor­geous views of the grounds.
