Ground floor: Farm­house-style kitchen, well equipped with every­thing you need and a spa­cious din­ing area. The lounge has com­fort­able seat­ing plus a large smart TV, French doors open­ing onto the large patio ter­race. A sec­ond cosy liv­ing room is on the oppo­site side of the kitchen, with a large log burn­ing stove.

First floor: Three bath­rooms and four unique­ly designed bed­rooms all look­ing out over the gar­den. Each with com­fy super king-size beds that can be set up as dou­bles or as twin beds if preferred.

The mas­ter bed­room, has a smart TV and large bal­cony over­look­ing the lake, en-suite bath­room with Roll-top bath, sep­a­rate show­er and his-and-hers sinks. 

The sec­ond en-suite bed­room, has a bath­room with a shower. 

The third and fourth bed­room a both still spa­cious bed­rooms with plen­ty of stor­age space. These share the tiled house bath­room at the top of the stairs, which fea­tures a bath and over­head shower.
