This fan­tas­tic manor house is flex­i­ble to sleep between 24 to 28 guests , please note the prices will be reflect­ed on group sizes and is changeable.

Enter­ing along the dri­ve­way through wrought iron gates this ele­gant house is sit­u­at­ed in three acres of grounds includ­ing a pri­vate rear gar­den with sun ter­race and its own orchard.

There’s lots of space for guests to relax and unwind both inside and out. The large recep­tion hall gives access to the three main recep­tion rooms, din­ing room, liv­ing room and draw­ing room, as well as to the kitchen with fur­ther access to a break­fast room and util­i­ty, there’s also a con­ser­va­to­ry lead­ing out onto the sun ter­race at the rear of the house.

There is a gym plus a cel­lar com­plete with a games/​cinema room with a bar. There are sev­en bed­rooms which sleep 24 – 26 guests and there is a dou­ble sofa bed on the ground floor for groups of up to 28. There are three large fam­i­ly bath­rooms to the first and sec­ond floors.

The house is locat­ed close to Chep­stow cas­tle, Chep­stow race course, the Sev­ern Estu­ary and the Sev­ern bridge giv­ing easy access to Bris­tol which is only a twen­ty minute dri­ve away.
