Luxury Castellated mansion in a beautiful Welsh coastal village, perfect for large groups
Described as “eclectic colonial style” and a “castellated mansion”, Globe House was once the main village Hotel and is a prominent feature in this Victorian estate village. Newly renovated in 2017 the house has benefitted from major investment including a passenger lift and slate flagstone floors on the ground floor. There are now eight bedrooms, four of which are family suites sleeping up to four, all have luxury en-suite bath and shower rooms
Downstairs there is a large and a small sitting room, two huge dining tables, a brand new kitchen with commercial dishwasher, huge fridge freezer and range cooker, and a spacious hallway (including disabled WC — the property is fully wheelchair accessible apart from the future 3rd floor roof terrace (WIP, spring 2018)
All the rooms are large, comfortably equipped with leather sofas, luxury textiles and interesting original art. The kitchen has double supplies of cutlery, crockery and glasses, it even has a fish kettle! Outside there’s a eight person hot tub, not overlooked, alongside a large built in barbecue and dining benches. There’s a parking area for at least 8 cars, and a big enclosed garden. Inside, to keep you entertained, there’s TVs with Freeview channels, two DVD players, many DVDs, a big sound system/CD player, board games, books and Wifi Broadband.
