Designed with groups in mind to pro­vide the very best self cater­ing expe­ri­ence in a beau­ti­ful­ly ren­o­vat­ed barn fin­ished in a clas­sic coun­try style with a French/​Vintage twist.

There are sev­en styl­ish en suite bed­rooms which are ide­al for 14 to 16 guests but offer flex­i­bil­i­ty and can sleep up to 20 guests (some are fam­i­ly rooms with bunk beds).

A great sep­a­rate Games Room is a real bonus to this property.

Indoors

The fan­tas­tic open plan design has cre­at­ed a fab­u­lous liv­ing and din­ing space which allows you to all gath­er togeth­er. Fit­ted with an oak kitchen fin­ished in a clas­sic French grey accom­pa­nied by a bespoke hand­made 3 metre cen­tral island with addi­tion­al seat­ing. There is a full height fridge/​freezer, an inte­grat­ed dish­wash­er, microwave and all the mod­ern con­ve­niences one would expect. The kitchen opens out into the din­ing room which has a large table with chairs and bench­es pro­vid­ing plen­ty of com­fort­able space for up to 20 guests.

Out­doors

There is a large pri­vate lawned gar­den which is suit­able for chil­dren and also a patio area with four large cir­cu­lar gar­den pic­nic bench­es and BBQ (please bring your own charcoal).

Please note that man­agers do live in a pri­vate dwelling on site and there is a anoth­er hol­i­day barn attached with its own pri­vate facilities.

Local Area

The Barn at Ben­ty Grange is in a per­fect loca­tion for walk­ers, cyclists and fam­i­lies — in fact any large group that want to enjoy time togeth­er in one big fab­u­lous barn. With­in min­utes you can walk to the pop­u­lar Tiss­ing­ton & High Peak Trail where you will find a café and bike hire, or you can walk up the coun­try lane to the pic­ture post­card vil­lage of Monyash or pop along the trail to the award win­ning Roy­al Oak pub. The spa town of Bux­ton is close by with its Opera House and the­atre, and the pop­u­lar mar­ket towns of Bakewell and Ash­bourne are both with­in 20 min­utes dri­ve away. Chatsworth House, Had­don Hall, Tiss­ing­ton Hall and Alton Tow­ers are all with­in a half hour drive.
