Depen­dant upon the time of year, it is avail­able for long week­ends, mid-week and week-long stays for fam­i­ly and friend groups. We wel­come fam­i­lies for breaks and hol­i­days. We are unable to wel­come any hen or stag groups.

The first floor south fac­ing bal­cony has stun­ning panoram­ic beach and sea views as does the large wrap around palm fringed beach-side gar­den equipped with hot tub, large bar­be­cue and boasts gen­er­ous out­door din­ing space. In addi­tion there is park­ing on the gat­ed dri­ve for 6 – 7 cars and plen­ty of space for your jet ski, dinghy or wind­surfer with direct beach access.

THE ANGMER­ING ON SEA BEACH HOUSE has 5,500 sq.ft. of liv­ing space fea­tur­ing an ele­gant and spa­cious open plan liv­ing space — with wide and com­fort­able sofas around the large wood burn­ing stove — lead­ing into the large and ele­gant din­ing space and onto the large ful­ly equipped kitchen break­fast room; with range cook­er, microwave, sep­a­rate third oven and elec­tric hob, larder fridge and freez­er with ice maker.

The ANGMER­ING ON SEA BEACH HOUSE very com­fort­ably sleeps up to 20 includ­ing chil­dren (max­i­mum of 12 adults) in sev­en bed­rooms with sev­en bath or show­er rooms, five of which are en-suite.

There are two large tele­vi­sions with full Sky pack­age in the open plan liv­ing space plus an exten­sive col­lec­tion of tra­di­tion­al games. All bed­rooms have TVs with either Sky or Free­view and 900 mbps full fibre wi-fi broad­band is installed in this property

Out­doors

The first floor south fac­ing bal­cony has stun­ning panoram­ic beach and sea views as does the large wrap around palm fringed beach-side gar­den which has been equipped with a gas bar­be­cue and boasts gen­er­ous out­door din­ing space. And for your peace of mind there will be full exter­nal CCTV secu­ri­ty and elec­tron­ic gate access.

For all Tes­la Car own­ers, we now have TES­LA charg­ing points at each of the beach hous­es with offi­cial charg­ing hard­ware sup­plied by Tesla.
