Trevase Granary is a luxury barn conversion providing self-catering holidays.
Situated on a working farm, guest are able enjoy the stunning rural views in luxurious surroundings with their party of up to 16 adults.
The Granary has eight double bedrooms, all en-suite, five of which are ground floor bedrooms. The largest twin bedroom has a super wet room for the less able guests which can be equipped with various aids. This can also be made up as a family room where two additional children can sleep on the comfortable day beds. There is also a stair lift on the oak stairs leading to the first floor.
There are two seating areas; a television/games room complete with large flat screened TV, DVD’s, Playstation and a gas ‘wood burner’ making it a cosy room in winter and a sitting room featuring a large picture window with views to the Black Mountains, comfy leather sofas and a large selection of books to hand. Alongside is the impressive dining room, the large table that seats up to 20 is situated under exposed oak timbers and wrought iron chandeliers. A stunning, handmade, fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining room with everything you could require: granite worktops, a large dual fuel range cooker, two larder fridges, freezer, microwave, George Forman grill, two sinks and two dishwashers.
Trevase Granary boasts a walled garden for the exclusive use of the guests. Within it is a large games room complete with table tennis, pool table, and a hot tub for 6 adults where you can enjoy the wonderful views towards the Black Mountains. The games room has a patio ideal for barbecues with plenty of outdoor furniture overlooking the lawn. This private area is perfect for football or cricket or some of the outdoor toys and assorted games equipment provided. Adjoining the Granary is a utilities block with a laundry room complete with washing machine and drier. On the farm is a five acre coarse fishing lake stock with carp, tench, roach and bream which guests are welcome to fish, although their own equipment and licence must be provided. There is also a secure storage area for bicycles or other items and fenced parking for at least eight cars.
Trevase Granary is located five miles west of Ross-on-Wye in rural Herefordshire, close to the Wye Valley and the Malvern Hills. Trevase Granary enjoys excellent road links and is easily accessible from Bristol (40 miles), Cardiff (45 miles), Birmingham (66 miles), Oxford (74 miles) and London (128 miles). The nearest rail link is in Hereford.
