THE BED­ROOMS: There are six bed­rooms which are all en-suite. They are all beau­ti­ful­ly appoint­ed with co-ordi­nat­ed fab­rics and oak doors, floors and skirt­ing. The beds are all 6 ft dou­bles or 3ft twins, with the flex­i­bil­i­ty to have either dou­bles or twins in any room to accom­mo­date your group in the most com­fort­able lay­out. Two of the bed­rooms have an addi­tion­al bed for you to accom­mo­date larg­er groups. 

THE BATH­ROOMS: In addi­tion to the 6 en-suite bath­rooms (five with show­ers and one with a bath), there are addi­tion­al sep­a­rate show­er and toi­let facil­i­ties on the ground floor to avoid any­one hav­ing to wait — we have tried to think of everything. 

THE RECEP­TION ROOM: This is a very large din­ing / sit­ting room with a tra­di­tion­al oak floor and is over 55 square metres or 600 square feet. It is a fan­tas­tic fam­i­ly room but can also be used for larg­er din­ners or meet­ings. A large sol­id oak din­ing table looks out onto your own pri­vate enclosed court­yard which is beau­ti­ful­ly lit in the evenings. The easy chairs and sofas look out over the seclud­ed patio and the pri­vate gar­den beyond, lead­ing to fields and trees and some­times ear­ly in the morn­ing deer appear­ing out of the wood. 

Toad Hall is the ide­al venue for that spe­cial din­ner and can accom­mo­date 14, or very large groups of up to 28 peo­ple with pri­or arrange­ment. Why not let our chef cook for you? (See our Addi­tion­al Guest Ser­vices page on our web­site for more details). 

KITCHEN: This is a ful­ly equipped, mod­ern fit­ted kitchen. It has a large elec­tric range cook­er, dish­wash­er, large fridge, a sep­a­rate freez­er and a wash­er / dry­er. It has every­thing you need to help pre­pare that spe­cial meal.

GEN­ER­AL: Heat­ing, fuel, linen, tow­els and some basic sup­plies are includ­ed in the rental and we also pro­vide a wel­come pack of milk, tea, cof­fee, sug­ar and a home baked cake for your arrival.
