The Manor House at Petty France
The Manor House at Petty France is a grand, period Cotswold manor with waterfall hot tub which sleeps up to 18+ guests in six bedrooms and five bathrooms. With gracious rooms and high ceilings, it can be rented for groups of up to 30 with the addition of the Austen wing. The house has lovely gardens gated driveway.
Set in the lovely south Cotswolds but close to Bath and Bristol, the Manor is the perfect venue for unforgettable hen weekends, grand house parties, family get togethers and all types of corporate breaks.
The World Heritage city of Bath is a short drive away as is Bristol’s complete shopping experience at Cabot Circus, along with its wonderful waterfront restaurants and bars. If you prefer a country break, explore the beautiful Cotswold villages which are on our doorstep.
Built in 1812 for British Prime Minister Jenkinson, the Manor has played host to many famous names throughout its history. Lord Wellington was entertained here during the Waterloo campaign and the house has been owned by the Wordsworth family, Lord and Lady Apsley and the Duke of Beaufort. In its more recent incarnation as a 5 star hotel, it has welcomed famous names such as Anthony Hopkins, Emma Thompson, Edward Fox, Christopher Reeve and Hugh Grant. The Manor House has also been featured in a number of TV programmes and films.

The countryside around the Manor House is absolutely beautiful, with long country walks available from the front door. The Badminton estate is on our doorstep as are the lovely country towns of Tetbury (home of the Prince of Wales), Cirencester, Chipping Sodbury and of course Bath and Bristol.
The list of things to do is endless from driving experiences at nearby Castle Combe to flying at Kemble, paint-balling, clay pigeon shooting, art, dance and other creative activities, cocktail making and some of the country's best shopping.
