There are 10 spacious bedrooms with 9 ensuites. Some have private balconies with incredible sea and garden views. Two comfortable lounges with open coal fires, sea and garden views. Kitchen with three stove Aga and all facilities associated with a well equipped kitchen. Bed linen, towels are included.

Guests are able to join together in a large group or amble off into one of the many places to sit and enjoy the surroundings.

The three terraces enable guests to take a ramble along this well planted area which eventually leads through the woodland to the footpath which takes you to the sea.
As this is a holiday area there are many fine restaurants, pubs and tea rooms in the immediate vicinity. A short distance brings you to the famous 'Cliff Railway' which takes you to the picturesque harbour at Lynmouth with its scenic beach. Also the Valley of the Rocks, the beautiful waterfalls of Watersmeet and the Doone Valley. Exmoor is on the doorstep for fine walking or horse riding. The seaside towns of Minehead and Ilfracombe are half an hour away as are the fine surfing beaches of Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde.
