The picture postcard town is full of character and quirkiness and is worth a visit in itself just to have a stroll around and stop off for a pub lunch or a gourmet restaurant meal
If hiking or cycling is your thing then look no further as the immediate area has access to literally hundreds of walks over paths and moors all stemming from the center of town
