It is a single storey property and has been assessed by the National Accessible Scheme as Mobility 1 and 2, therefore is suitable for guests with reduced mobility and for part-time wheelchair users.

KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: A modern fitted kitchen fully equipped with numerous utensils, gadgets, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer dryer. The focal point of the kitchen is a two oven range cooker, ideal for congregating round with a glass of champagne. The dining area has a large sociable table which can seat 12 and a window providing views out over the valley.
CONSERVATORY: A large conservatory which serves as the main sitting room with under-floor heating, TV, DVD player and views out over the garden and valley. French doors open out onto the patio and garden.
RECTORY and STAR COPPICE BEDROOMS: These two bedrooms have superking beds and en-suite shower rooms.
LILYWOOD AND WHITEFIELDS BEDROOMS: These are both accessible bedrooms which can be arranged as superkings or twins. They each have their own accessible en-suite wetrooms with bath and shower.
DARBY BEDROOM: This bedroom has a single bed, and has its own allocated bathroom next door.
RAGLETH BEDROOM: This bedroom has a single bed and its own allocated shower room and separate toilet next door.
All bedrooms have a hairdryer and a TV equipped with Freeview.
BATHROOM / SHOWER ROOMS: There are 6 bathrooms at Pendennis…The Star Coppice and Rectory bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. The Lilywood and Whitefields bedrooms have en-suite wet rooms.The Darby bedroom has an allocated bathroom next door, with overhead shower. The Ragleth bedroom has an allocated shower room and separate toilet next door.
All the bathrooms are equipped with two toilet rolls, soap and shampoo/shower gel.
GENERAL: Heating, fuel, linen, towels and some basic supplies are included in the rental and we also provide a welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee, sugar and a home baked cake for your arrival.

Eaton Manor Country Estate is situated on 500 acres of peaceful farmland with private walks to explore.
Pendennis has off road parking available for up to 8 cars. The property is surrounded by a large enclosed garden with plenty of room for children to play. Patio furniture and a barbecue is provided for those who enjoy alfresco dining.
For all the family a heated undercover swimming pool is located at the end of the garden. This is shared with other guests on staying on the estate and is open from April through to October.

Eaton Manor Country Estate is situated in beautiful South Shropshire, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and so there is plenty of lovely countryside to explore.
Church Stretton is the nearest small town (4 miles away) and country walking, hiking and fishing are popular pursuits.
There are plenty of attractions in the area for all ages including Acton Scott Historic Working Farm, Severn Valley Railway, Ironbridge Museum, Wenlock Pottery and Craft Centre.
