KITCHEN AND DIN­ING AREA: A mod­ern fit­ted kitchen ful­ly equipped with numer­ous uten­sils, gad­gets, dish­wash­er, fridge freez­er, wash­er dry­er. The focal point of the kitchen is a two oven range cook­er, ide­al for con­gre­gat­ing round with a glass of cham­pagne. The din­ing area has a large socia­ble table which can seat 12 and a win­dow pro­vid­ing views out over the valley. 

CON­SER­VA­TO­RY: A large con­ser­va­to­ry which serves as the main sit­ting room with under-floor heat­ing, TV, DVD play­er and views out over the gar­den and val­ley. French doors open out onto the patio and garden. 

REC­TO­RY and STAR COP­PICE BED­ROOMS: These two bed­rooms have superk­ing beds and en-suite show­er rooms. 

LILY­WOOD AND WHITE­FIELDS BED­ROOMS: These are both acces­si­ble bed­rooms which can be arranged as superk­ings or twins. They each have their own acces­si­ble en-suite wet­rooms with bath and shower.

DAR­BY BED­ROOM: This bed­room has a sin­gle bed, and has its own allo­cat­ed bath­room next door.

RAGLETH BED­ROOM: This bed­room has a sin­gle bed and its own allo­cat­ed show­er room and sep­a­rate toi­let next door.

All bed­rooms have a hairdry­er and a TV equipped with Freeview.

BATH­ROOM / SHOW­ER ROOMS: There are 6 bath­rooms at Pendennis…The Star Cop­pice and Rec­to­ry bed­rooms have en-suite show­er rooms. The Lily­wood and White­fields bed­rooms have en-suite wet rooms.The Dar­by bed­room has an allo­cat­ed bath­room next door, with over­head show­er. The Ragleth bed­room has an allo­cat­ed show­er room and sep­a­rate toi­let next door.

All the bath­rooms are equipped with two toi­let rolls, soap and shampoo/​shower gel.

GEN­ER­AL: Heat­ing, fuel, linen, tow­els and some basic sup­plies are includ­ed in the rental and we also pro­vide a wel­come pack of milk, tea, cof­fee, sug­ar and a home baked cake for your arrival.
