This 5 Star farmhouse and adjacent cottage are a perfect choice for the cross generation celebration or small group staycation. Located in Central England guests travel from all over the UK to meet here. Very comfortably furnished throughout with high specification beds and sumptuous linens. The house has 6 en suite bedrooms and a fantastic kitchen/dining room, snug, tv room and drawing room. The cottage next door can be booked with the house or taken independently depending on group numbers. The cottage has 3 en suite bedrooms, small kitchen and sitting room. It has its own terrace and garden.
The gardens are huge, private and secluded. Lots of space to play activities. There is an enormous playing field with 2 football goals. For rainy days there is a games room with pool table and table football and a rustic table tennis room.
The house and cottage are situated on the Wye Valley Walk and close to cycling routes and fishing in the Wye. There is a pub within 20 minutes walk which is frequented by our guests. A fantastic farm shop is 1.8 miles from the house. Local caterers work regularly. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs in the house.

When taking both properties there are 9 bedrooms with 9 bathrooms and sleep up to a total of 18. Taken independently the house sleeps 6 — 12 in 6 ensuite bedroooms and the cottage sleeps 3 — 6 in 3 en suite bedrooms. All bedrooms are spacious and have zip and link superking beds and their own bathroom/shower room.
The private garden is about 2 acres in total. There are paved terraces with garden furniture and gas bbq at the house and cottage. Plenty of space to play house badminton or other activities and there is a large playing field with 2 football goals. In the outbuildings there is a rustic table tennis room and a games room with pool table and table football.
The properties are situated on the Wye Valley Walk and close to cycling routes (bike hire available locally and bike shed on site) and local fishing. There is a pub within 16 minutes walk and a superb farmshop 1.8 miles from the house. Local caterers work regularly making a weekend away even more special.
All ensuite property, each bedroom has a TV. Deluxe superking size zip and link bedrooms can be converted to twins by prior arrangements. Fantastic working kitchen in house and well equipped kitchen in cottage. Fabulous walking straight from the door. Great if you love the ‘great outdoors’.

5 further Zip and link ensuite bedrooms, set up as a twin and 4 Superking size beds. These can be re- configured by prior arrangement and a small housekeeping charge, as can the additional cottage.
