HIGH VIEW GRANGE FARM­HOUSE with pri­vate hot tub — Sleeps 14 in 7 bed­rooms, with a sofa-bed for anoth­er 2 guests. Lux­u­ri­ous farm­house with fan­tas­tic views over the vil­lage of Knive­ton. The Farm­house has 7 bed­rooms (3 en-suite), a fam­i­ly bath­room, down­stairs WC, gar­den room and spa­cious kitchen and din­ing area. It also has a lounge and cin­e­ma room. 

FOX­GLOVE with pri­vate hot tub — Sleeps 8 in 4 bed­rooms, with a sofa-bed for 2 fur­ther guests. The lounge and kitchen are open-plan, with com­fy sofas, a din­ing table, TV & DVD play­er. The kitchen pro­vides every­thing you should need for your stay — hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freez­er and wash­ing machine. The upstairs bath­room has an elec­tric show­er-over-bath, and there is a sep­a­rate show­er room. All 4 dou­ble bed­rooms have chest of draw­ers, read­ing lamps, and warm furnishings. 

BLUE­BELL & CLOVER COT­TAGES — Each sleeps 4 in 2 bed­rooms, with a sofa-bed for up to 2 extra guests. Both cot­tages have a bath­room with show­er-over-bath, and 1 dou­ble and 1 twin bedroom. 

DAISY COT­TAGE — Sleeps 4 in 2 bed­rooms, with a sofa-bed in the open-plan lounge. This cot­tage con­tains 2 dou­ble bed­rooms — one ground floor dou­ble bed­room and show­er room, and the sec­ond dou­ble bed­room upstairs. 

All our cot­tages con­tain qual­i­ty fur­nish­ings and din­ing tables for 4 – 6 peo­ple. They are all heat­ed by stor­age heaters, enabling our guests to adjust the heat­ing in each room to their own lik­ing. We always sup­ply a bath tow­el for each of our short stay guests and a fur­ther hand tow­el per guest for those on a week long let. 

THE BARN with pri­vate hot tub — Sleeps 7 in 3 bed­rooms & can be hired with the small­er cot­tages to pro­vide a large din­ing area. The Barn offers the abil­i­ty for large fam­i­ly or social groups to gath­er for meals, enter­tain­ment and relax­ation. This is hired by par­ties requir­ing a large area to con­gre­gate and is suit­able for wheel­chair users. The Barn offers seat­ed din­ing, mod­ern kitchen, com­fy sofas along with a hot tub on the ter­race over­look­ing the fab­u­lous rur­al views. Upstairs there is 1 en-suite dou­ble bed­room, a twin room, and an open bed­room on the land­ing with 3 sin­gle beds.
