Ban­nerrigg is a great par­ty house locat­ed in Win­der­mere at the heart of the Lake Dis­trict. The prop­er­ty fea­tures all sin­gle beds, has a 7 seat hot tub and is ide­al for par­ty breaks.

Ban­nerrigg is a grade II list­ed prop­er­ty sit­u­at­ed on an exclu­sive street of hol­i­day hous­es all avail­able to rent in Win­der­mere. Any or all of the oth­er prop­er­ties can be rent­ed in con­junc­tion with Ban­nerrigg to bring the capac­i­ty for your par­ty up to 67 guests.

Ban­ner­ig­gs spa­cious kitchen has both an AGA and a tra­di­tion­al range cook­er, the din­ing room seats up to 20 around a huge oak table and the lounge has fan­tas­tic over-sized leather Chester­field sofas.

Upstairs there are 5 bed­rooms 2 ensuite show­er rooms and 2 fur­ther shower/​bath rooms. All of the beds are sin­gle divans which can be pushed togeth­er to cre­ate doubles.

Ban­nerrigg has an 8 seat hot tub it it’s own build­ing in the gar­den and large lounge, kitchen and din­ing room so if you have friends stay­ing in our oth­er hous­es there’s space to invite them over.

Ground floor: Din­ing room with huge sol­id oak table for 20 peo­ple, Bose Com­pan­ion 3 speak­er set to plug your lap­top, tablet or phone into. Lounge, a large room with sump­tu­ous Chester­field leather sofas and chairs to seat 16 peo­ple in com­plete com­fort. Kitchen, big fam­i­ly room with AGA and range cook­er, gran­ite work sur­faces, microwave, Amer­i­can fridge freez­er and farm­house table. Util­i­ty room with down­stairs toi­let, wash­ing machine and sink. First floor: Bed­room 1. triple with ensuite show­er and toi­let, com­fort­able set­tee and TV. Bed­room 2. 4 sin­gle beds that can be pushed togeth­er to make super king size beds, ensuite show­er room and TV. Bed­room 3. Triple with TV. Fam­i­ly bath­room with bath over show­er. Sec­ond floor: Bed­room 4. four sin­gle beds TV. Bed­room 5. Twin with TV. Show­er room with toi­let and sink.

Out­doors

Enclosed lawned gar­dens and a small patio to both the front and the rear which also has a slate patio with teak table, chairs and sun loungers. A rear stone out­build­ing hous­es an 8 seat hot tub with bi fold­ing doors pro­vid­ing a view of the gar­den. The per­fect place to retreat after a hike. The front of the house has park­ing for 5 cars, the side of the house looks on to a Nation­al Trust field and the rear of the house has views up to Orrest Head .
