The warm, cosy interior offers deeply comfortable accommodation, with a llarge, aga-warmed kitchen at the heart of the house - the perfect retreat after a long walk or bike ride.
The drawing room and playroom have an open fire and wood stove respectively, with ample sofas and chairs for comfortable viewing or chatting.
Each bedroom runs its own individual look with a large comfortable bed and, for the two main bedrooms, en suite bathrooms. There is a further bathroom on the top floor.

Southdean's situation is at once remote and tranquil, yet within easy reach of the towns of Jedburgh and Hawick.
The garden has a huge, fenced-in lawn and a large trampoline - perfect for children to run, jump and play to their hearts' content.
For the grown-ups, the surrounding forests and hills are ideal for hearty walks. Trout lurk in the river next to the garden and you are welcome to cast a fly in their pursuit.
If you bring your mountain bikes, the endless tracks of the Kielder Forest and the 7 Stanes biking centre in Newcastleton will satisfy off-roaders of all levels.
