Close enough to be booked together for a larger group but totally private from each other if booked separately. Swallows only has access to the games room and pool if booked with Dove house. Everything you require for a relaxed luxury holiday for groups of families with children of all ages or adults only. It is the ideal retreat to celebrate that special family occasion with many onsite facilities foryou to enjoy. Tennis, walking, swimming, home cooking, pampering, games room, children's play area cycling or just sitting in the garden enjoying the wildlife.

Dove House and Swallows have been designed to create a relaxing uncluttered space to fill with family and friends. Dove House is extremely spacious with two enormous living areas for everyone to enjoy even when taken with Swallows. There is plenty for all to do, guests continually say they do not want for anything.

The secure south facing garden which the pool and patio lead onto provides a wonderful space for all to enjoy. Croquet, Badminton and long lazy meals! The long flat drive has seen the start of many cycling careers and the walking/running! from the house is fabulous. Our new children's play area is very popular. Hard tennis court available on site.

There is so much to do locally for all ages, the stunning Jurassic Coast is a highlight, many gardens and National Trust properties, unlimited breathtaking walks and many children's attractions, Monkey World, Abbotsbury Tithe Barn/Childrens Farm, Farmer Palmer's, Nothe Forte at Weymouth to name a few. The local pubs and restaurants offer an excellent and wide range of food. The old market towns of Dorchester, Briport and the famous Abbotsbury Swannery and Gardens.
