Longbridge House was originally a 19th century Coaching House, now transformed into the perfect self-catering holiday accommodation with a private indoor swimming pool. It offers very spacious yet cosy accommodation with a wealth of period features, stone floors, oak doors, window seats, the list goes on. The centrally heated house also features wood burners and inglenook fireplaces.

The house has an entrance hall and boot room as well as a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, sink area, wall cupboards and WC with wash-basin. The drawing room is a very spacious room with stone floors, window seat, wood burner and large leather sofas with a pool table and table football. The Snug is another very cosy room, again with window seat, large inglenook fireplace and with wood burner. The Snug has large comfy sofas, television with Freeview and DVD. The Dining room is large with dining table able to seat 16 people, door opens out onto the Kitchen Garden, but for less formal meals the Morning Room captures all the morning sun, over looking the enclosed rear garden, and the farmland beyond, often with cows with their heads over the fence. This room has a large Inglenook fireplace and again there are large comfy sofas. The Kitchen has a kitchen table, fitted units, dishwasher, freezer, double fridge, 4 oven Aga and electric double oven. On the ground floor there is a shower room, fully tiled with WC, wash-basin and shower cubicle, this room also acts as the indoor swimming pool changing room. There are eight spacious en-suite rooms including 3 triple rooms and 4 twin rooms. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, triple aspect views, dressing room, en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, WC, wash-basin, bidet and shower cubicle. The House is an ideal holiday cottage with spacious and cosy accommodation, great for family gatherings and celebrations. Longbridge offers lots of space, with enclosed gardens, small orchards and fields that border the small Yarty river.

The house offers a beautiful quiet country location nestled at the foot of the Yarty Valley, with grounds that border the Yarty River, a wildlife haven, with Trout and Kingfishers a regular sight, the grounds are bordered by farm land, so you will often have the cows and sheep watching your every move. The Devon Jurassic coast is just a few minutes away with the coast stretching out from Lyme Regis westerly towards Sidmouth, and the East towards Chesil beach.
