KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: A modern fitted kitchen fully equipped with numerous utensils, gadgets, dishwasher, fridge freeze, washer dryer. The focal point of the kitchen is a two oven range cooker ideal for congregating round with a glass of champagne. Leading into the dining area with a large sociable table able to seat 16 and a window providing view out over the valley. CONSERVATORY: Is large and serves as the main sitting room with under floor heating, Tv, Dvd and has views out over the garden and valley. French doors open out onto the patio and garden. Second small sitting Room: This is a lovely place to sit and look out over the garden and the hills beyond, or perhaps to read one of the large selection of books. RECTORY SUITE and STAR COPPICE SUITE: These two bedrooms have six foot wide 4 poster beds with en-suite shower rooms. Rectory Suite is ideal for a cot, has a TV in the room and has been assessed as Mobility 1 under the National Accessible Scheme. RAGLETH AND DARBY BEDROOMS: Two twin bedrooms with beautifully co-ordinated throws and cushions. LILYWOOD AND WHITEFIELDS BEDROOMS: These are both versatile bedrooms which can be arranged as either a triple single or as a double and a single both have Tv‘s. BATHROOM / SHOWER ROOMS: In addition to the two ensuite shower rooms there is the main bathroom which has a bath with overhead shower, along with a toilet and wash basin. There is another separate shower and toilet next to one of the twin bedrooms. All the bathrooms are equipped with two loo rolls, soap and shampoo/shower gel. Fuel, linen, towels and some basic supplies are included in the rental we also have a welcome pack comprising of milk and a home baked cake.
