All rooms have colour TVs and some have private balconies with incredible sea views. Ten well appointed spacious bedrooms. Two comfortable lounges with open coal fires, sea and garden views. The local area

As this is a holiday area there are many fine restaurants, pubs and tea rooms in the immediate vicinity. A short distance brings you to the famous 'Cliff Railway' which takes you to the picturesque harbour at Lynmouth with its scenic beach. Also the Valley of the Rocks, the beautiful waterfalls of Watersmeet and the Doone Valley. Exmoor is on the doorstep for fine walking or horse riding. The seaside towns of Minehead and Ilfracombe are half an hour away as are the fine surfing beaches of Woolacombe, Saunton and Crodye.
