Located in the village of Tetford deep in the Lincolnshire Wolds, an area known for its scenic countryside, panoramic views and old English pubs. Pine Lodge is an eleven bedroom house which comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests. This excellent getaway holiday home will be your own private health farm as it has all the luxuries of a health club including an indoor swimming pool that is 6ft. deep at one end with steps coming into it from the shallow end, a small baby pool which is an integral part of the main pool and beauty treatments available from Sarah at The Beauty ox on site at The Pine Lodge. The spacious accommodation comprises a sitting room and a lounge with TV with surround sound, Dvd player, Playstation 2 (deposit required) Dvd’s, videos, Bose music system, open fires and a conservatory/games room providing ample games, board games, puzzles and a pool table. With 3 lounges and 3 kitchens in total, the large modern kitchen has all the luxuries and conveniences of ample granite work surfaces, double oven microwave and plenty of utensils and equipment to rustle up a feast. The dining room can seat up to 20, however a smaller dining room is available for more intimate dining, also indoors is the pool and sauna complex which leads off the conservatory. The 11 bedrooms are allocated as 3 double, 6 twins and 2 singles, 2 of which have ensuite bathrooms. 2 further bathrooms are available one of which has a Jacuzzi bath, 3 shower rooms (2 in by pool area) and four separate wc’s (1 in pool area) To arrange beauty treatments pre booking is required contact the owners for details.

Set with ample grounds to play in two 5 a side football nets, badminton, boules and play equipment. Patio furniture is provided for the adults to have a rest and plenty of safe off road parking.
